Regarding commission and pay, adjustments to compensation plans are never made lightly and are evaluated carefully based on business needs and market conditions. That said, we recognize how important earning potential and clarity around pay structure are to our team members.
We do not support or permit unpaid overtime. Compliance with wage and hour laws is extremely important to us. If any employee feels this standard has not been upheld, we strongly encourage them to reach out to HR so the matter can be reviewed promptly.
