Fun and challenging. You have to be competitive and customer focused. Its a grind with up's and downs however you overcome that and you will get addicted to the job and helping people. Be genuine and professional !!!

Cons

Its an up and down position. You have to learn to overcome adversity and stay positive. Very rewarding but takes time.
