Pros

-Competitive pay. -Good incentives. -Can have relaxed work environment in sales. -Can have a family atmosphere -Good opportunity for those beginning in sales.

Cons

-Your weekends suffer if team doesn't hit budget. -Mandatory Saturdays in peak season -Your personal life can quickly deteriorate,especially in peak season. -Very long hours,especially in peak season(Jan-May) -Encourage you to use very aggressive sales tactics which turn off prospects. -Inexperience on the sales team adversely affects entire department(angry customers,cancels,etc.)
