Pros

The only reason to work for TruGreen was you got paid every Friday. The commision structure was fair, but not great. It is a good place to work if you need money every week and you don't mind working 6 days a week. During the spring and summer there was an oppertunity to do door to door sales and that could be enjoyable if you are with a good crew.

Cons

Management had us working 6 days a week, and sometimes 7 days a week. Not a company for anyone that wants a life outside of the dingy grey walls of a warehouse, unless you want to sell door to door.

Pros

The only pro I had was my local branch manager with awesome The rest of the company is awful

Cons

Forced to work long hours, forced to work in weather, the company does not care about state laws and regulations. really only cares about the revenue.
