Pros

Equipment and training oportunites, you are allowed to manage the best way you see fit for the most part.

Cons

My experiance with my Branch Manager and the Regional Manager was aweful. Corprate only cared about the bottom line and the current business quarter. Long term customer service was non-existant. Just a bunch of un-ethical managers in my opinion. That said, I no longer work there- i had to get out! And the said managers are no longer there either
