Fun place to work, but lack of direction - Anonymous employee TruPlace Employee Review

I've been working at TruPlace for a year and I thoroughly enjoy coming to work each day. I feel challenged and empowered which allows me to sharpen my skills and for each day to be new and exciting. I love my coworkers and the family atmosphere that we have at the office. I also enjoy communicating with our photography network which is composed of hard working professionals who are both accountable and pleasant to work with. This is a great place to work.

I don't have any cons, just some more pros. Management encourages a healthy work/life balance and is willing to help when it is needed. TruPlace is filled with accountable employees.

Meeting new realtors and agents is great while also traveling if you like that.

It’s a contract job and it has a lot of slow weeks or even months throughout the year.
