Pros
Trualta makes me feel really valued for the work I do, and I also recognize what an important impact my work is making for families like mine. I love the flexibility of the remote work environment, and I enjoy connecting with my teammates regularly over video calls. I feel closer to some of my colleagues in this remote work environment than I have at some in-person jobs!
Cons
It's definitely important to keep yourself organized and efficient.
