Pros

Truce law is one of the best firms I have worked with. There are a lot of opportunities to collaborate and work together on tough cases. The other attorneys are all kind people who care about their clients and their staff. I look forward to starting work and having an opportunity to talk with them. My support staff is also incredible. I feel lucky to have the opportunity to work with them.

Cons

The work is remote, which is a pro and a con. You can feel a little isolated at times, but management plans numerous opportunities throughout the year for staff to get together. My coworkers are genuinely friendly and warm, so I feel connected most of the time.

Pros

Working at Truce Law as a Firm Liaison has been a truly meaningful and fulfilling experience. From day one, I felt welcomed, supported, and empowered to bring my full self to the role. The leadership team fosters open communication and truly values collaboration, creativity, and compassion — both internally and in how we serve our clients. My role allows me to connect with people in vulnerable moments and help guide them toward peaceful, thoughtful resolutions, which is incredibly rewarding. I appreciate how the firm is intentional about creating a supportive work environment that balances professionalism with genuine care for one another. If you're looking for a workplace where your voice matters, your ideas are heard, and your work makes a real difference, Truce Law is a place where you can grow and thrive.

Cons

Because the team is growing and roles are evolving, sometimes responsibilities shift quickly — which requires flexibility and clear communication. But the leadership is receptive to feedback and always working to improve processes.
