Pros
The company started in a small garage by TWO people that wanted to make a difference. It grew to where it is today, but not without growing pains.
Cons
Management needs to listen to their employees a little more they have/had employees that thought out of the box but were paid poorly. Their HR Department head is unprofessional and at times acts unsocial, doesn't interact with employee activities if she is even in the office. Defiantly not a strong leader. Their company culture seems to be built toward the good ol boy's club. You decide is that is for you or not.
