Pros

More than just a driver, your constodian stocker order picker repairman truck washer van porterThe appearance of growth with the willingness to teach the ins and outs in-between deliveries. The associates where cool laid back and willing to help if needed.

Cons

Had 2 family members pass a month apart. Manager is company first. Building dusty dirty falling apart cat house. Don't get sick or need to go to the doctor a doctors note only covers the visit not health. Absolutely no overtime. If its past 5pm your in traffic, he'll make sure nothing over 40hrs clock out go home. 1000$ every 2 weeks give or take. No respect. Appears out of nowhere, nosey, bossy, manipulative, sneaky, passionate in passive aggression. Will give a write up for frivolous things to prove he's boss to enforce control. Dealt with racist touchy disrespectful customers on a few deliveries. To say the least was fired for not writing and signing a write up that was documented doctor note.

Pros

Fellow employees are great and help where they can. Lead will help assist on what to is be handled and by whom. Working under the main companies name is easy.

Cons

Management does not effectively listen to their employees, if you're currently working here and earn your degree do not expect a large raise per hour. If working with a DBA of TruckPro there is no clear information you're thrown into the position without prior training for that position. If you're skilled, expected to complete the DBA collections and touch up on TruckPro collection accounts as well. If you provide your 2 week notice 4 days before that is up don't be surprised if they fire you for not being able to go in the main office to teach someone how to use Great Plains accounting software even though senior collectors with more knowledge are available to teach the system.
