The people and culture in most teams are supportive, collaborative, and down-to-earth. There’s a real sense of pride in the brands that remain, and day-to-day work is generally enjoyable.

The head office facilities are very dated and could really benefit from a refresh to match the professionalism of the teams working within it. Little visibility on any new partnerships or growth plans. Communication from senior leadership is limited, which can leave employees feeling disconnected from the broader business strategy.
