Cons
Senior management is an issue. They communicate poorly, leaving teams in the dark on key decisions and changes. Workload expectations are unrealistic, with little training or guidance, because they doesn’t understand the systems themselves. Employee recognition and appreciation is non existent. Management frequently gaslights employees by denying prior conversations, shifting blame, and minimizing concerns. Decisions are made unilaterally, and staff input is ignored or punished. They fail to lead by example, often holding employees to standards they don’t meet themselves. The environment is disorganized, unclear, hostile and raising concerns will get you labeled “negative” or “not a team player.”
