I didn't really see any negatives.

Josh Beiler is the best boss I've ever had and does a great job of showing his employees they're valued. True Co. was a very positive, supportive environment. Employees are given a ton of autonomy, encouraged to use their voice and pursue what interests them. Expectations are very democratic and accessible.

If you're someone who has trouble working independently it might not be a great fit.
