When there are opportunities for advancement, the positions are posted company wide. Therefore, Team Members from any location and/or any shift, have an equal opportunity to apply and interview. In attempt to get to know Team Members better, we hold different company events, such as True’s Family Fun Day and yearly basketball, softball, and volleyball tournaments. Our Team Members are not a number to us; we appreciate each and every Team Member and want everyone to be successful at True. Similar to any company, True is always growing and improving. We do continually strive for an environment where all employees are treated fairly and equally. Our company has multiple leaders in place in each building.
