Pros

The teachers and aids are professional.

Cons

The administration at Galloway Center, particularly Ms. Pujol and Ms. Fernandez, has created one of the most toxic and unhealthy work environments imaginable. Their leadership is completely driven by favoritism, poor management, intimidation, and lack of accountability. They constantly protect one another while staff members are left overwhelmed, unsupported, and blamed for problems caused by their own negligence. Teacher aides are routinely left alone with classrooms full of children without proper coverage or assistance, which is both irresponsible and unacceptable. Aides are expected to do the work of certified teachers while managing overcrowded classrooms far beyond what should be allowed. Meanwhile, administration spends most of the day sitting in the office, disconnected from what is actually happening and offering little to no support to the staff carrying the entire workload. What makes the situation even worse is how fake and performative they are in front of parents. The moment parents arrive for pickup, they suddenly appear to create the illusion that everything is organized and properly staffed. Behind closed doors, staff are overworked, ignored, disrespected, and constantly set up to fail. The amount of teachers and aides leaving under their leadership should raise serious red flags, yet concerns never seem to reach anyone outside their circle because complaints are allegedly routed through family connections tied to another campus. Staff members feel silenced and powerless. This entire situation deserves a serious outside investigation. At this point, who can staff or parents even speak to in order for these issues to actually be addressed? Is there anyone outside of this administration and their family connections willing to investigate what is really happening at this campus?
