Pros

There really wasn't any pros working with this company. I did meet some great people who became great friends.

Cons

Where to start. Unprofessional, arrogant, low moral, not a diverse culture. The sales rep were so arrogant and never took there job serious, some were clueless as what to do. Being in cubicals, you heard everything. Too much gossip. A small company trying to play with the big boys and hiring unprofessional individuals or making every position "entry level" so they can pay you less.

Pros

True North has been a meaningful and motivating experience. While the agency operates in a fully remote environment, the culture remains collaborative. I have the privilege of working with a high-caliber team of designers, art directors, copywriters, editors, and strategists who are not only talented but also genuinely inspired to create impactful marketing campaigns across a diverse range of healthcare accounts. The senior leadership team is present and supportive, fostering a positive environment. It’s rewarding to develop creative, strategic solutions for our clients while feeling fully supported by a leadership team that cares about both the work and the people.

Cons

Some may prefer the energy of in-person collaboration and find that a fully remote environment isn’t a good fit for them. Benefits could be a bit more comprehensive.
