Nice wooded setting. Diverse client population. Psychiatrist on staff. Opportunity to consult with seasoned clinical peers, which was very helpful. Beautiful office views.

Program manager had poor self esteem and required a lot of pick-me-ups from her staff in order to feel good about herself. Openly played favorites. Very moody, you never knew what you were going to get from her, which was a very unstable feeling.

poor leadership. unable to tell the hard truth when addressed. no company vehicles. company would not even entertain the idea of maintenance cards for vehicles. no form of retirement.
