Threatened by management daily. Expected to answer calls from Ephantus Githinji, at every single turn, it didn't matter what I was doing. If Ephantus or Lydia called then you were expected to drop what you're doing and answer their call. Customers called in constantly and told us they were lied to by their sales person. On numerous occasions people threatened legal action against the company for lies and fruad that was told to them. At one point I was told to no longer take calls from upset customers and that Ephantus would handle it. Emails were never returned by Lydia or Ephantus when customers had billing issues, these customers needed help and were lied to. Fraud and manipulation at every turn. There was so much turnover at this company, whether it was sales or customer service or managers. Even our trainer was randomly fired and no explanation was given. All I can tell you is that this experience working at true pos gave me Ptsd. I've never worked for such terrible people that lie to their employees and their customers and yet they put themselves up on a pedestal. It's all lies Please don't work at this organization. I cannot stress that enough. Look up True Payment Solutions on BBB and Google reviews, this was the name of the company before but they had numerous complaints and legal action threatened against them so they closed up shop and rebranded.
