Working at True has been an unforgettable experience. From starting as an intern to now being in a senior position, it's been a wild journey! From the beginning I was able to work on a multitude of projects and clients with the immense support, guidance and validation from Eric, our Creative Director/CEO and senior creatives. Being pushed out of my comfort zone, being challenged and tackling projects together has honestly helped me grow and boost my confidence in new ways. The best part is the culture. I couldn’t have asked for a better bunch of people to chat to and work alongside with every day. There’s never a dull moment at True - there’s always something interesting going on. I love that we’re able to truly be our authentic selves in a work environment without any judgement. I'm incredibly grateful to be at True and couldn't be happier with my job. They truly care about their employees' wellbeing and always go the extra mile to make sure we're taken care of.
