      Pros

      As a recruiting firm, they seem to do their due diligence in vetting out potential candidates for companies.

      Cons

      I worked with this firm at one point in my job search. My take aways: • I 100% agree with a the post that states they will send you out on an interview and then crickets. • I worked with a recruiter who is the epitome of salesy. • With the above being said, the whole experience seemed disingenuous, from the recruiter and other members of the team. Very over the top and in blunt terms seemed phony. • The 5 stars review on here all seem to have the same tone and does not seem realistic, to me.

      Pros

      True Talent Group has always been my go-to when looking for either a contract or full time position. I've been working with Stacey throughout my entire career and wouldn't dream of working with anyone else. True Talent is the dream team.

      Pros

      Great communication and very supportive. They’re always advocating for you. Great benefits for a recruiting company. They’re just an amazing team and group of people to work. They’re always making sure happy not just the client.

      Cons

      Honestly I don’t think there are any cons.
