Pros

Working on the sales floor in True Telecom is a whole lot of fun. The role of 'Business Development Executive' requires hard work and determination, but the rewards are there if you're willing to work hard - great commissions, lots of incentives and prizes etc. The support from the management is superb and the environment in general is both fun as well as supportive. The director of the business, Mark, also manages the sales floor and he genuinely cares about his staff - not only is he highly motivational in his outlook on work and life, but he really makes the effort to look after you once you're part of the True Telecom family and goes the extra mile to make sure you feel welcome and at home. It's a fast growing business and so sales staff who are good at their jobs can progress to management level with a salary increase within a matter of months and this is encouraged. Genuinely a fun, and welcoming bunch of people to work with here - very easy to come into the business and feel at home very quickly.

Cons

Not for the faint of heart. The sales floor is a fast paced environment and in order to succeed you have to be determined and resilient. The company has experienced some growing pains in the past due to the speed at which it's been growing, but as time has gone on the company has become much more organised structurally.

Pros

I have been working at True Telecom for over a year and a half and although people have a negative outlook on the company, however dont knock it until you try it. Sales is not for everyone but the good sales people that come here do well and succeed and the proof is on their wage slip at the end of the month. I have always had a good solid relationship the CEO and if anything has kept me at the company it would be him. Supports you 100% and is as flexible as he can be, he pays out the money when you deserve it and gives you the credit when you deserve it. I have had a few times where I have wanted to leave but something always keeps me here, the company is fun and vibrant and I don't think i would still be here if it wasn't for Mark. I'm glad I stayed and with the support from my manager I am looking forward to progressing my career and knowledge but more importantly bringing more business to the team.

Cons

No kitchen, have to go off site to get food. Hours are a little long, would like to work till 5:30 and finish early on a friday
