Pros

Cool place and cool product. That’s about it.

Cons

Absolutely avoid at all costs. The CEO is the most egotistical and narcissistic person I have ever done business with. He only wants ‘yes men’ that do whatever he says and if anyone disagrees with him, they’re basically out. They can’t keep the production floor running because they are in this cycle of needing help and parts from vendors, but they refuse to pay so the vendors will not support their needs. They have been making the same promises about payment to vendors for going on 3 years now. They are always telling people to be patient and wait for the next big contract, but they have never actually secured any contract thus far. Also the CEO owns a machine shop and just wants to use them for everything but they are terrible and constantly drop the ball. They’re the worst vendor they have, but the only one that he wants to use. The atmosphere is terrible and everyone is walking on egg shells thinking that the company is just going to fold any day. Yet upper management somehow walks around acting like everyone should be so lucky to work there. Twice now in the last 6 months, the employees insurance lapsed because they missed payments. When I left, most of the engineering department was actively pursuing other opportunities and going to interviews. Also the nepotism is ridiculous. Everyone that is in charge is either a friend or family of the owners or investors.
