      Pros

      Small company so colleagues become close, everyone works alongside eachother

      Cons

      Unhealthy and hostile work environment, unprofessional, high turnover of staff, barely any training given, fired without notice, different rules for different customers (confusing to keep up with), lots of swearing, shouting and passing blame. The only way to achieve a pay rise was to take on more tasks that weren't in your role (and you didn't have time for) and after completing weeks of this then it might have been reviewed.

      Pros

      There are no pros to working here (2019) I believe as of 2022 they are under new ownership so may be better?

      Cons

      Worked for 3 days in late 2019. Interview was okay, and the management /owners seemed lovely. Started working the nect day and went downhill from there. I received no training and was made to answer calls immediately when I didn't know what I was doing. Management swore at staff members and shouted for no reason. Awful management.
