      Fast connection, good management, bosses are friendly and willing to help. Free catered lunch.

      Not enough training, stop loss too small to ever get into any good trades.

      Pros

      Great place to get a practical feel of the global financial marketplace. Intelligent competent traders willing to provide support. Check your ego at the door.

      Cons

      Most people are born & raised agriculturists. Very few are fit to hunt for a living... only the top 5% of people succeed in the business of trading, the following 10% (if smart enough) follow the 5%. The remaining 85% have no idea what they are doing. Its a zero sum game.
