      Good work-life balance. Nice former CEO and president.

      Cons

      A toxic manager in the biology department was later promoted to oversee all departments except CMC. She spy on anyone showing potential, fabricating stories to undermine competent employees and hinder their advancement or even push them out. Respect for this manager within their team is non-existent. No bonuses. Low salary.

      Pros

      Lots to learn, great coworkers, good PTO for the most part.

      Cons

      Benefits (healthcare, stock options, 401k) were bad. Worse than industry standards. My team was laid off without warning and was told to vacate by the end of the day. Management is very unprofessional and toxic.
