The only pro that I could think of is the fact there are no scheduled breaks, you can step away from your desk when and If you need to.
Cons
Absolutely, the worst company regarding salary hikes or incentives. And when they do provide salary hikes it is only after 2 years and the amount is disastrous. There is absolutely no growth even after working for 5 or 10 years. If you are lucky to work in a particular team or department then you might receive a reasonable pay hike and this is only because your reporting manager chooses to do so.
