      Standard 8:30-5:30, rarely needed to take OT.

      Cons

      Cliquey family nepotism, toxic leadership who speaks poorly on almost every employee, and terrible perspective on office COVID protocols. They play favorites and the people all hate their jobs just as much as you do.

      Quarterly Potlucks surrounding the holidays.

      Cons

      Micromanagement, petty leadership, false promises, overly strict working schedule (no flexibility). Negative Reinforcement, retaliative behavior, don’t encourage learning & collaboration. Don’t care about the patients
