Many cons! The office structure is horrible, the buildings are nearly falling apart and nothing is being down. It is an extreme fire hazard, don't know how they pass the inspection. There is no organization. Upper management is a joke. There are a fe w that do respect their staff, but it can be counted on one hand, using two fingers. There is no legit HR; so if you have a problem or complaint, the whole office will hear about within the day - absolute no respect for privacy. Upper management treat their staff like garbage. They speak to one as if they are children and never give them a heads up of any changes. They easy to play the blame game. It is a madhouse. This place makes you appreciate your other crappy job.
