Pros
The employees and middle management are hard working, competent people. They're kind and friendly and love what they do, which is infectious. Customers (the few of them that they have) love the product and customer service. There is plenty of work to do and plenty of opportunities to take ownership of things since they're understaffed. Your work is appreciated and impactful. It's a dog friendly office.
Cons
This business is getting very, very little growth and is struggling mightily financially. They don't know what they're doing, they have no idea how to make the bleeding stop, and they make panic decisions all the time which make less and less sense as time goes on. The leadership acts like they care about their staff as much as staff members care about each other but their business decisions (and, occasionally, individual actions) overwhelmingly prove otherwise.
