The whole management and the leadership. The fat egos are hard to deal with. They know how to exploit employees and take advantage of situations, hire and fire people as per their means and use. They treat the employees as use cases only. Politics and favouritism prevails.
Unethical practices. They hired 15 people and fired 6 on day 2. They are playing with people career. I saw people crying as they had resigned from their company to join.
Some of them were promised offer letter once they come to office. They didn't even got offer letter to prove this.
