      Good place for seniors - Senior DevOps Engineer Truelogic Software Solutions Employee Review

      Pros

      - They have excellent clients (Is impossible as a worker to work for all of them, but the one I'm working for is excellent). - On-time payment (every month) - They are open to feedback and to solve issues (like sick leaves, work-schedule, etc)

      Cons

      - Only recommended for seniors as there seem to be no motivation to keep growing (and if there is, then the communication should improve because I haven't heard). - You get no other benefit than the salary (and 10 paid days yearly for vacations).

      Pros

      Fair pay rate, work from home, flexible hours, PTO (5 days each semester).

      Cons

      They don't pay for holidays, PTO could be more generous.
