Pros
Outstanding theoretical knowledge of IT solutions. They try to foster team spirit. Flexibility in working hours and full trust of time management as long as the work appears when it should.
Cons
Poor project management. Lower than average salaries. Things only "happen" when you do complain. It's always reactive and never proactive. And when I mean "happen" is usually promises that things will improve. Little regard to fostering developer's technical growth other than through projects.
