      Excellent coworkers, team leaders are willing to help and guide you when you need help. In addition, the pay is very good and you receive many recognitions for your work (nectar points).

      Cons

      Sometimes the system freezes during the call with the client and that makes you can't finish your work so fast

      Education , they invest so much into their employees. You are constantly learning and always room to grow! Management is great and it’s still run by the family.

      Cons

      I have no cons to talk about. They treated me great. I moved out of the country or else I would still be working there
