Pros

For full disclosure .. I run tech. Hope you find this review helpful. Hit me up on linkedin if you'd like to learn more or want to speak with others about life @ trumid. For me personally, I get ... an enormous amount of freedom and support to experiment with big bold ideas to be part of building a culture based on dreaming big, executing small, and having fun (if your version of fun is seeking growth through discomfort). a near-ideal balance of autonomy and accountability to be heard and respected to be part of a team that is passionate about better and doing great work (must be willing and able to argue strongly against other strong opinions) to be part of a group that holds each other to high standards of character, professionalism, and commitment to be at a place (finally) where I enjoy working with everyone ... better late than never to build strong relationships (4 people resigned from tech org in 7 years) to be authentic excited about the future

Cons

Can be ... relentless, rapid growth, always a lot going on (be careful what you wish for) a steep learning curve for new joiners hard for less senior folks to know why certain decisions are being made challenging if you are not willing to push back on requests from senior people

Pros

Free food, flexible wfh, colleagues across teams are friendly and willing to collaborate.

Cons

People blow up trivial things out of proportion and overreact, toxic upper management with limited upward mobility which leads to complacency and stagnation. Total pay can be a bit below market standard.
