HEADS UP FOLKS- DO NOT WORK FOR TRUNK STAFFING.
I dealt with a snafu in the Event communication between TRUNK and the company that chose them to staff. TRUNK was very unprofessional about how they dealt with this obstacle.
I have been trying to get in contact with several TRUNK agents since November 19th regarding an event I worked. I was never told when I would be paid, and I inquired later that day (as there had been some snafus with the event). I never received a response, so I have emailed several times since then just asking when I could expect pay. Not complaining, not threatening- just inquiring. I have not gotten any sort of response, and I find that very irresponsible as a well-seasoned Brand Ambassador.
