Growth potential, realistic goals, very collaborative, awesome product - Account Executive Trunk Tools Employee Review

Trunk Tools has always had my best interests at heart, both personally and professionally. I've been given so many opportunities to grow and I've been compensated very well for my work. Working here is great and I'd recommend working at Trunk Tools personally to anyone I know.

Management has, in the past, been very hard to work with. There have been course corrections, but staying aligned at a high level has been pretty difficult in the past.

- Customers seem to love the product, and the company has a good outlook overall - Good pay - "Unlimited PTO" (as long as you clear with your manager)

- General growing pains at the moment, due to hiring a lot in the last year - Very focused on deadlines - Always trying to push things faster, even if it means our results are lower quality and will slow us down in the future - Lots of messy code due to the rushing mentioned above; things break pretty frequently - They say "No BS" but then there's a lot of BS - Engineering org is disorganized
