      Pros

      The team are very inclusive and the culture is non threatening They are encouraging of growth and enabling efforts Everyone was always very cooperative

      Cons

      The technology goals are big and at times the global nature of the organisation means that outside of Europe your practical ability to achieve day to day sales results depends on the technology direction and whether this is supported in the local region.

      Scaling in a pandemic is difficult. Global-native operational architecture is a new concept.
