The schedule is very flexible, everyone I regularly work with has been extremely laid back and patient, even in the busiest time of the year when things are normally hectic, and there is always plenty of work to go around.

There have been no noteworthy cons. The onboarding and training processes were smooth and the standard day on the job has been equally great.

Weekends off and normally off by a good hour.

Horrible management that has no clue about logistics. Not even a basic understanding, from management on what's needed for delivery.
