Pros
You can have the best 'job' in the world, but if it is with folks that struggle with ethics or have bad attitudes...the environment would be awful. Trust Automation has some of the BEST folks I've ever worked with. I've been with the company now for over 16 years. I left for 3 years to work at a startup...wow...what a difference. I was thrilled to come back and work at Trust Automation.
Cons
This is a small company, this just means that folks do a lot of multi-tasking and wear many hats. This can muddy the "chain of command" leading to mis-understandings if you don't know the lay of the land. Thankfully, most of us are pretty good communicators and we HAVE FUN together.
