Pros
The HR manager is beyond lovely and supportive
Cons
I would strongly caution anyone considering working for this company. Despite presenting itself as a care-focused organisation, there is a clear lack of genuine care for its own staff. The working environment is dominated by excessive micromanagement, leaving little room for autonomy or trust in employees’ abilities.
The culture often crosses the line from pressure into intimidation. Management styles can feel aggressive, and there have been instances where senior leadership, communicates in a way that is openly confrontational and, at times, inappropriate for a professional setting.
Rather than fostering support and collaboration, the atmosphere is consistently negative and stressful. This has a noticeable impact on employee wellbeing, and over time, it can seriously affect mental health. A workplace should feel safe and respectful — unfortunately, that has not been my experience here.
I would recommend that the company take a hard look at its leadership approach and internal culture before expecting staff to thrive or remain long-term.
