I've been working as a Cloud Architect here for 7 months, and it’s been great! The work culture is fun, and my team is amazing. Everyone collaborates a lot and is super supportive. My manager is transparent, very resourceful, and keeps us in the loop about our growth and expansion, which is reassuring. The company really cares about work-life balance; even if we work extra hours or weekends, we always get compensated with time off. There’s plenty of room for growth since our team is always evolving, and the pay and benefits are top-notch. I love learning more about the cloud, and the company makes sure we have the resources we need.
Cons
If I had one tiny gripe, it would be wanting a bit more vacation time, but overall, it’s a fantastic place to work!
