They really vet the families before signing them up as clients. I worked with a lot of great families. I also got to work with my desired age group. The pay rate was nice. My care director in Phoenix was amazing. They worked with my availability and were very understanding when I needed to take a leave of absence. I was part of the flex team and left because I am a placement nanny now. Once my placement family decides to end our contract I will return to the company.
