Pros
Nannies are Vetted/Families are Too! Nannies can pick their hours, and their jobs. Staff and owners are always available if you need them. They are helpful and friendly. The owners are Moms & once were nannies, too. Nannies can receive additional training. TC is part of INA (International Nanny Association).
Cons
As an employee you can move up the pay scale. You can meet fellow TC nannies at working events. As I've said, everyone is helpful and ready to listen to you, the nanny. The only "Con" might be your experience with other nanny jobs apart from TC.
