You can't help but feel like family, celebrating every little win and supporting each other during the struggles. As a start-up, not everything is going to be pretty at the end of the day, but I know for a fact that this team is quick to realize and admit mistakes, learn from it, grow from it, and be stronger than before. To add to this, the CEO, Mr. Peter Rex, not only establishes a feeling of support and trust, but he puts his money where his mouth is. You can see and trust his vision for the company. At the end of the day, you don't feel like you are working for him, but rather with him. He's with you in the trenches helping not only the company grow, but also you as an individual. He is inclusive, supportive, intelligent, hard-working, passionate, and innovative. This is truly a company where you know you are supported, will be challenged, and will come out better than when you come in.
