Management should learn how to deal with to employees No Salary Slips are given every month. Signing a bond is compulsory. One month salary is kept as deposit and is paid once you leave company. They say salary will be given on 10 of every month but it fact it is usually delayed at times you need to remind them that salary is not yet received. No offer letter is offered to employees. Provident Fund and Insurance is not given to any employee. Working days are Monday to Saturday at times employees are expect to come on Sunday as well. There is no HR officer in the company. When you leave the company need to continously follow with management for Salary slips / Final Settlement / Experiance letter. At times they dont reply to emails / sms / calls so employee needs to visit office to remind them. Terminating employees is very fast process here few employees were fired in days / weeks / a month and reason they give is under performing . How can performance be judged in a day. The Coffee Vending machine had cockroackes inside it when complained to management they just ignored it.
