Pros
Best team of people to work with. Joe, Donna, Doug, Wendy, and Shawn are a great team and they felt more like family than co-workers. They took a chance, hiring me as the front office receptionist, then manager, then Account Executive.
They put me on some big accounts and threw me into pitch meetings. Their ideas are creative, fresh, and innovative.
I've learned so much from truth and eventually moved on .....to the east coast to bigger (but not always better agencies) such as Team Detroit and Digitas.
Truth is an amazing company with some amazing people and I feel privileged to have learned my trade with them.
Cons
There isn't any cons working at truth. If I ever move back, I'd like to work with them again.
