Superhog as a company is inviting, innovative, and inspiring - providing all employees the tools to perform their best, openly share ideas and have a great work-life balance.

Still lots to figure out as a new company but providing an open environment to do so.

A handful of incredible employees who are trying their best despite it all.

- There is no real leadership or mentorship, only a dictator at the top. Any roadmap is quickly overridden by the CEO, leaving the company running in circles like chickens with their heads cut off. - Screening is bare-bones.. checking if a phone number or email is deliverable is not real guest screening. Clients should be wary. - Funding raised in 2024 was squandered on a product delivered far too late. - The company is out of money and has laid off over half the staff, handled in ways that felt careless and unethical. - They give zero care for their people. Employees are treated as disposable numbers and clients are treated the same way. - Top talent has been cut and replaced by "AI", while the remaining team burns themselves out. - The company is now a punchline in the industry and is losing credibility fast.
