Pros

1. CEO and AD are Techies . 2. Have Direct access to connect with CEO and AD.

Cons

1. Purely Dependent on Projects. 2. No Internal Projects. 3. They will create a Drama and reduce your salary once you are joined. 4. No Hope of Survival if you are not selected to any projects. 5. Job safety is always in Stake. 6. WFH is considered as SIN. Counted for every day . 7. You are on Bench and asking for WFH you are out of company with some stupid reason. 8. Only Developer centric organization. I personally request if you are comfortable in your position please don't risk your carrier joining . I would never refer any one.

Pros

Truviq systems is a excellent company with many hardworking people, who are passionate and dedicated, Talent Acquisition team and Delivery Mangement team is excellent in there aspects of work, and the main thing is CEO, and Practise Director,Delivery Manager are very friendly people with immense knowledge on tech, and open to idea's and innovation.Truviq dominates mainly in the area of pega, servicenow, camunda and is on the way to become a global brand.

Cons

The main cons is only the hr management, they feel like they are president of India, and they not bother the Firm-employee relationship in conveying the employee needs to the upper management, mostly hr management will be on leaves for months and deduct your salary for no reason at all, you will not get a chance to meet them in the office. They undervalue the employees, because of them many employee are facing issues as they cannot be able to convey them to the upper management, which may result in mass resignation's in future.
