Pros

I'm obliged to put something here

Cons

Horrible place to work- no support for trainees(they spend some time training, but then it's very much 'you're on your own, hit those targets or else') They hire internally for supervisory positions, even if the person is woefully unsuited (and aggressive/not a people person). I left of my own accord before I even had a job lined up, such was my desperation to get away from them.

Pros

Nice working atmosphere, a lot of senior people, proud of their work. Good company culture and brand. Better than market average salary range, 30+ vacation days, good extra legal benefits (insurance, pension, mobile phone, laptop etc.)

Cons

Recently changed from location to Antwerp Berchem, no public transportation available. Lack of management understanding of the importance of planning and of the PM role. Running to many projects in the same time with the same people (lack of resources and budget). Most of the projects delayed due to over allocation of resources.
