      Pros

      I really appreciate that the company allows flexibility in your workday. My co-workers are easy to work with, and I feel supported by team leads. I'm enjoying learning new things and picking up a few skills. Management bestows ownership on all Indeed employees. Ideas are considered and everyone's perspective is valuable. TRUZIO is a great place to start a career.

      Cons

      Work/Life Balance is a bit off, but only due to volume of work not to any pressure applied by management.

      Pros

      I have recently joined as HR Recruiter in Truzio. I found every one are very friendly and supportive on my new roles and provided complete information of my roles and all the staff members are friendly. I have attended two rounds one is with HR team and the interview is little bit difficult,but have provided the answers for all unanswered questions. Second round was with CEO and finally I have selected for the role. And i am pretty happy on this new role.

      Pros

      I have been working at Truzio Technology full-time (More than 2 years) 1) Wonderful Working Environment. 2) Good Exposure, Every employee can have equal chances to grow in his/her career 3) Employee can know in & out of the project. 4) You can learn lot of technical stuff here.

      Nothing as of now, They provide everything to employee's
